The General Terms and Conditions of Offers form an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of the website.

1. All offers are subject to the respective terms and conditions that accompany the offers and are available through the website.

2. All offers are limited to one per person, family, postal address and/or IP address, email address, telephone number, same payment account number (e.g., debit or credit card, Skrill, etc.), and mobile phone, tablet, or computer device shared, for example, in a public library or workplace.

3. If any offer term is violated or there is evidence of a series of bets placed by a player or a group of players (e.g., identical betting patterns on the same event/markets from different player accounts), that due to an offer (bonus, enhanced odds, free bets, or other offer), lead to guaranteed profits for the player, regardless of the outcome, either individually or as part of a group, the Company reserves the right to settle bets at correct odds, cancel free bets, or cancel any bet funded by the offer. Additionally, the Company reserves the right to charge the player up to the value of the offer to cover administrative costs.

4. Players have the option to decline participation in any offer/promotion.

5. The Company reserves the right to cancel the offer or refuse to provide it to a player if the player violates the Company's Terms & Conditions or if the Company perceives that the player is attempting to exploit or abuse the offer. In case of player exclusion from an offer, the player will be immediately notified of their exclusion.

6. The Company reserves the right to cancel the offer at any time, as well as the winnings derived from its use, from an account that is deemed to be abusing the bonus and making conflicting bets to meet the wagering conditions required by the bonus.

7. The Company reserves the right to revoke any offer or all offers from any player or group of players. In such cases, the player will receive immediate and justified notification.

8. The Company reserves the right to limit the offer from a player or group of players. For anyone who has violated or attempted to violate any of the specific terms of the offers or is found to be attempting to exploit the offer to secure guaranteed profits through arbitrage or any other method, we reserve the right to close all involved accounts, cancel the offer on those accounts, and remove any profits derived from it as well as any subsequent bets placed after the credit of the offer.

9. If the Company has reasonable suspicions to believe that a player or group of players is abusing or has attempted to abuse a bonus or any available offers, it reserves the right to:

• Cancel the bonus/offer received by the player or players as well as any winnings derived from the bonus/offer, and/or

• Revoke, refuse, or remove a bonus/offer from the player or players, and/or

• Exclude the player or players from future offers, and/or

• Proceed with the permanent termination of the player's account with immediate effect.

10. Abuse of bonuses and/or offers includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• • Violation of the Terms and Conditions of bonus programs, free bets, or any other offer.

  • Opening multiple accounts to activate multiple bonuses/free bets or any other offer.

11. The Company reserves the right to modify the terms of the offer upon relevant approval from the National Betting Authority and notification of the player, to withdraw it at any time, and/or to limit its availability to certain customers. In case of a change in the terms of the offer or its withdrawal, the terms will remain in effect for customers who have already received the offer at the time of acceptance unless they accept the new terms in case of a change.

12. The Company offers promotional activities (offers) in good faith to players who use the services for recreational purposes. The Company reserves the right to cancel or remove a player's access to these games if it suspects fraudulent use of this offer and, if necessary, to immediately terminate the account of the player who committed the violation. If the Company closes an account of a player who committed a violation, it will not be liable for compensation for any losses the player may have in any game or for the return of amounts to the player's account. The term "fraudulent use" includes, but is not limited to, the use of software and/or opening multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage in an Offer. In all cases of fraudulent use, the Company reserves the right to withhold all winnings and any remaining balance in the player's account.

13. In the event of a discrepancy between the Greek version of these terms and conditions and a version in another language, the Greek version prevails. The General Terms and Conditions of the website and the specific terms and conditions of the offers apply.
