1. This offer is valid from 20/11/2024 to 09/02/2025.

2. The offer applies to bets placed both during the match (live) and before the match starts (pre-match).

3. As part of this offer, you will receive a full refund of your stake, with a maximum refund amount of 30€, if you place an accumulator bet and only one selection on your slip loses.

4. The offer applies to bet slips that have at least six (6) selections with odds of 1.60 or higher for each, with only one (1) selection being a loss.

• • Example 1: If you place a bet slip with six (6) selections, each at odds of 2.00, betting 20€, and out of the six (6) selections, five (5) are settled as wins and one (1) as a loss, then the conditions of this offer are met and you will receive the full amount of your stake (20€).
    
    
  • Example 2: If you place a bet slip with six (6) selections, each at odds of 2.00, betting 50€, and out of the six (6) selections, five (5) are settled as wins and one (1) as a loss, then the conditions of this offer are met and you will receive the maximum refund amount (30€).
    
    
  • Example 3: If you place a bet slip with six (6) selections, four (4) of which have odds of 1.10 and two (2) have odds of 2.00, and out of the six (6) selections, five (5) are settled as wins and one (1) as a loss, then you will not receive your stake back as the conditions are not met according to paragraph 4 above. Specifically, the slip includes selections with odds lower than 1.60.

5. The offer can also be applied to system bets. In cases where the bet slip does not result in any payout, the stake amount for the column(s) that meet the offer's conditions will be refunded.
   
   

• • Example 1: If you place a bet on eight (8) events with seven (7) required selections and out of the eight (8) events, seven (7) are settled as wins, then the conditions of the offer are not met, as the slip is a winning one.
    
    
  • Example 2: Suppose you bet 16€ on eight (8) events with seven (7) required selections. If six (6) of the eight (8) selections are settled as wins, then your slip is considered a loss and the conditions of the offer are met. This is because two columns of the slip contain seven (7) selections, with only one (1) losing and six (6) winning. Consequently, you will receive a refund of the stake amount corresponding to these two columns. If the total bet amount was 16€ with 2€ on each column, you will be refunded €4 (2€ x 2 columns = 4€).
    
    
  • Example 3: If you place a bet on six (6) events with five (5) required selections, and four (4) of the selections are settled as wins, then your slip does not qualify for the offer.

6. In the case of a bet slip with more than six (6) selections, if even one (1) event is postponed/cancelled or abandoned or settled as void, the offer becomes invalid.

7. The stake refund is credited to your account once the last selection on your bet slip is settled. The refund amount is withdrawable, unless there is an active bonus on your account at that time, in which case you must meet the wagering requirements for the bonus.

8. In the event of a cash-out, the offer no longer applies.

9. In2bet reserves the right to limit the offer to a single player and/or a group of players. If any term of the offer is violated or there are indications of a series of bets placed by a player or a group of players that, due to a deposit bonus, enhanced payouts, free bets, or any other promotional offer, lead to guaranteed player profits regardless of the outcome, either individually or as part of a group, in2bet reserves the right to reclaim the bonus from these offers and, at in2bet’s sole discretion, settle bets at correct odds, cancel free bets, or cancel any bets funded in part or in full by the bonus.

10. Ιn2bet reserves the right to modify the terms of the offer with the approval of the National Betting Authority and to notify the player, withdraw the offer at any time, and/or limit its availability to certain players at its discretion. In the event of changes to the terms of the offer or its withdrawal, the terms will remain in effect for players who have already received the offer at the time of acceptance, unless they accept the new terms in case of a change.

The General Terms and Conditions of Offers form an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of the website.

1. All offers are subject to the respective terms and conditions that accompany the offers and are available through the website.

2. All offers are limited to one per person, family, postal address and/or IP address, email address, telephone number, same payment account number (e.g., debit or credit card, Skrill, etc.), and mobile phone, tablet, or computer device shared, for example, in a public library or workplace.

3. If any offer term is violated or there is evidence of a series of bets placed by a player or a group of players (e.g., identical betting patterns on the same event/markets from different player accounts), that due to an offer (bonus, enhanced odds, free bets, or other offer), lead to guaranteed profits for the player, regardless of the outcome, either individually or as part of a group, the Company reserves the right to settle bets at correct odds, cancel free bets, or cancel any bet funded by the offer. Additionally, the Company reserves the right to charge the player up to the value of the offer to cover administrative costs.

4. Players have the option to decline participation in any offer/promotion.

5. The Company reserves the right to cancel the offer or refuse to provide it to a player if the player violates the Company's Terms & Conditions or if the Company perceives that the player is attempting to exploit or abuse the offer. In case of player exclusion from an offer, the player will be immediately notified of their exclusion.

6. The Company reserves the right to cancel the offer at any time, as well as the winnings derived from its use, from an account that is deemed to be abusing the bonus and making conflicting bets to meet the wagering conditions required by the bonus.

7. The Company reserves the right to revoke any offer or all offers from any player or group of players. In such cases, the player will receive immediate and justified notification.

8. The Company reserves the right to limit the offer from a player or group of players. For anyone who has violated or attempted to violate any of the specific terms of the offers or is found to be attempting to exploit the offer to secure guaranteed profits through arbitrage or any other method, we reserve the right to close all involved accounts, cancel the offer on those accounts, and remove any profits derived from it as well as any subsequent bets placed after the credit of the offer.

9. If the Company has reasonable suspicions to believe that a player or group of players is abusing or has attempted to abuse a bonus or any available offers, it reserves the right to:

1. Cancel the bonus/offer received by the player or players as well as any winnings derived from the bonus/offer, and/or

2. Revoke, refuse, or remove a bonus/offer from the player or players, and/or

3. Exclude the player or players from future offers, and/or

4. Proceed with the permanent termination of the player's account with immediate effect.

10. Abuse of bonuses and/or offers includes, but is not limited to, the following:

1. Violation of the Terms and Conditions of bonus programs, free bets, or any other offer.

2. Opening multiple accounts to activate multiple bonuses/free bets or any other offer.

11. The Company reserves the right to modify the terms of the offer upon relevant approval from the National Betting Authority and notification of the player, to withdraw it at any time, and/or to limit its availability to certain customers. In case of a change in the terms of the offer or its withdrawal, the terms will remain in effect for customers who have already received the offer at the time of acceptance unless they accept the new terms in case of a change.

12. The Company offers promotional activities (offers) in good faith to players who use the services for recreational purposes. The Company reserves the right to cancel or remove a player's access to these games if it suspects fraudulent use of this offer and, if necessary, to immediately terminate the account of the player who committed the violation. If the Company closes an account of a player who committed a violation, it will not be liable for compensation for any losses the player may have in any game or for the return of amounts to the player's account. The term "fraudulent use" includes, but is not limited to, the use of software and/or opening multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage in an Offer. In all cases of fraudulent use, the Company reserves the right to withhold all winnings and any remaining balance in the player's account.

13. In the event of a discrepancy between the Greek version of these terms and conditions and a version in another language, the Greek version prevails. The General Terms and Conditions of the website and the specific terms and conditions of the offers apply.
