These Terms and Conditions (Version 3.0, 03/2023) are valid from 03/03/2023. All previous terms and conditions have been cancelled.
The Greek version of the Terms and Conditions prevail any other.
1. Introduction and Definitions
1.1 In2bet is a registered trademark managed, owned and used by I.T.S Infinity Technology Solutions CY, a company incorporated in Cyprus, based in Nicosia and registered address at Arch. Makariou III, 80 Panos Englez0ou Building, 5th floor, Apartment/Office 500, 1077, Nicosia Cyprus, with registration number HE 399558.
1.2 I.T.S Infinity Technology Solutions CY is licensed and regulated by the Cyprus National Betting Authority (Class B Receiver License No. B016).
1.3 References to "in2bet", "company", "we", "our" or "us" in this text (Terms and Conditions) hereinafter refer to I.T.S Infinity Technology Solutions CY, in the context in which they are stated.
1.4 Where reference is made to "Customers", "Player", "You" -Singular/ “You”-Plural, is a reference to any person using the in2bet Website or services https://www.in2bet.com.cy, and/or any registered in2bet Customer.
1.5 The aim of these Terms and Conditions is to govern in2bet’s legal relationship with you. These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between the parties: you and in2bet.
1.6 You must read the terms and conditions carefully, and you must understand them. If you do not accept the terms and conditions, you must not proceed to register on our page and to use our services.
1.8 From time to time, In2bet reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions, for various reasons (including the compliance with each of applicable laws, regulations and regulatory acts) provided that approval was obtained from the National Betting Authority. If there is any change in the terms and conditions, our Company shall inform you. If you do not agree with any change, you should stop using the Webpage, and/or close your account. If, however, you continue to use the Webpage after the date on which changes to the Terms become effective, it shall be deemed that you have accepted those changes.
1.9 Opening an account and accessing the betting services provided by in2bet is only allowed to customers over the age of 18 that are permanent residents of the Republic of Cyprus.
1.10 If we detect an account belonging to a person under the age of 18, the account will be closed and the National Betting Authority will be informed accordingly. Any bets placed on this account will be voided and deposits shall be refunded. Βy accepting these terms and conditions, you represent and guarantee that you are over 18 years of age.
1.11 In2bet has the right to restrict or prohibit the use of the Webpage and its services, due to laws and regulations regarding betting activities in various jurisdictions.
1.12 It is each Customer’s responsibility to ensure that they comply with the Republic of Cyprus betting laws before opening an account, or placing a bet with in2bet. A Customer is deemed to have read and accepted the in2bet rules by opening an account, or by placing a bet on the in2bet page.
1.13 If any illegal activity is detected, in2bet has the right to cancel the bet, any winnings or bonuses resulting from these bets, close the account and return the balance. In2bet reserves the right to report any such case to the competent supervisory authorities.
1.14 These rules take effect from the date of publishing to the Webpage, and they are valid for all bets and the transactions made from that date. In2bet reserves the right to change, amend the rules or add new rules where appropriate, subject to obtaining the approval from the National Betting Authority, and informing the Customers of the relevant changes. All previous versions of the rules shall be superseded. For bets placed before the approval of this version of the terms, the terms and conditions that were in force at the time the bet was placed will apply.
1.15 The Terms and Conditions may be published in different languages. Only the Greek version is binding, and if there is a different wording of the Greek version with a version of another language, then the Greek version prevails.
1.16 In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be illegal or unenforceable, then that provision shall be severed from the Terms and Conditions, and the remaining provisions shall remain in effect and shall be unaffected by such severance. For any removal of a provision, the prior approval of the Authority should be obtained.
2. Registration/Account Opening & Rules
2.1 In order to participate in any game or place any bet, or make any other transaction in sporting or other events on the Webpage, you must register with us and open a player account.
2.2 To register and open an Account, you must first complete and submit the registration form located on our Webpage. You should fill in all the mandatory fields of the registration form and more specifically enter the following:
- Full Name
- Date and Place of Birth
- ID/Passport Number
- Permanent Address
- Phone Number
- Email Address
All this information must be correct, complete and true. Customers are solely responsible for providing correct information when registering.
2.3 By registering on the in2bet page, you guarantee that the information you provide is true, complete and accurate, and you are hereby notified that we carry out verification procedures and that your account may be blocked or closed, your betting activity and all bonuses could become void, and your deposits refunded, if it is found that you have provided false or misleading information.
2.4 If any of your personal account information changes (e.g., residential address, telephone number) you must notify us immediately. To change any of the information you provided during your initial registration on our page, please contact our Customer Service department.
2.5 In2bet will verify the e-mail address you entered during your registration by sending an e-mail message that includes a link. To verify your email, open this message and follow the instructions. Clicking on the link completes the process.
2.6 During your registration, you are required to choose a username and a password for your connection to our Webpage. It is each customer’s responsibility to ensure that such information (Username & Password) is confidential. You must not share this information with third parties. or allow third parties to use your login information. In2bet is not responsible for any abuse or misuse of your account by third parties, due to sharing your login information with them.
2.7 You are allowed to open and use only one account. Opening multiple accounts is prohibited. If we have reasonable suspicions that you have opened and/or are using multiple accounts, we reserve the right to close your account or accounts, and/or transfer the initial deposits of the multiple accounts to the original account by notifying you of this in writing, and with reasoning, and by notifying the National Betting Authority. We also reserve the right to permanently close all of your accounts. It is further provided that, in this case, all winnings, bonuses, free bets, as well as winnings resulting from bonuses and free bets using multiple accounts will be cancelled. In the event that withdrawals have been made from the multiple accounts, then we reserve the right to withhold the deposits of those accounts, up to the amount required to cover the withdrawals made.
2.8 Any registered Customer is prohibited from re-registering as a new Customer, even if using different registration information (different name, different email address, etc.).
2.9 In2bet only allows one account per identity, household, address (postal or IP) environment where computers are shared (e.g., universities, workplaces, public libraries, etc.) and computer (or any other device). If we find such a violation, we reserve the right to freeze funds and close the account without any notice.
2.10 In2bet reserves the right to refuse to open an account, or to close an existing account. If an account is closed, we shall provide you with a written reasoning.
2.11 In addition, in2bet reserves the right to close an account, refuse or cancel bets, refuse to grant a bonus or offer, or exclude a customer from any additional bonus, fees or offers, when such Customer has abusive or threatening mood during communication with the customer service department.
2.12 In the event that we suspect that you are acting as part of a group (using the same or similar names, address, telephone, e-mails, same or similar IP address, computers or other devices acting in the same or similar pattern), we reserve the right to close the relevant betting account(s) you hold and report the incident to the National Betting Authority. Following an internal investigation, we have the right to void bets, confiscate winnings and remove bonuses from all relevant betting accounts.
2.13 You may not act on behalf of another person, or third party and/or allow third parties to use your account. If there are reasonable suspicions that you are acting on behalf of third parties and/or third parties are permitted to use or reuse your account, then we reserve the right to temporarily close your account and/or refuse and/or cancel bets and/or refuse to grant a bonus or offer. All profits resulting from this activity shall become void.
2.14 If there is reasonable suspicion of collusion between customer accounts, then we reserve the right to refuse any bet or part thereof, and/or void any bet or part thereof. In such a case, in2bet shall inform the National Betting Authority and if the latter finds that collusion has been committed, the company reserves the right to appeal against the customers.
2.15 Using VPN/Proxy to hide your identity and location while connecting to our Webpage is strictly prohibited. In2bet reserves the right to keep any winnings, cancel all bonuses and terminate the Customer's account if a VPN/Proxy/Cloud has been used.
2.16 The Customer is fully responsible for the confidentiality of their account information, the security of their account number and password. The Company cannot be held responsible for the consequences of access to the Customer's personal data by unauthorized persons due to negligence or violation of the Customer's computer or network premises.
2.17 For security reasons, we recommend that you change your password periodically. You can change your password in the Account Password Change section.
2.18 Lost or stolen password will not be considered as a reason to cancel bets or cancel withdrawal requests. If you are informed (or become aware) that your password and/or personal data have been stolen, you must immediately change your password and notify the Company.
2.19 By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you agree that we will have the right to periodically conduct all identification, credit and other verification checks that we may request and/or be required by applicable laws and regulations and/or relevant regulatory authorities for your use of the Website and our products, in general. You agree to provide all relevant information, as requested by us regarding confirmation checks. We will have the right to block or restriction your account until the respective checks are satisfactorily completed.
2.20 You may view your current account balance and transaction history at any time, as long as you are logged into your account through the Webpage.
2.21 We strictly prohibit the use of robotic, mechanical or electronic or other automated decision-making devices in any game, whether such use is attempted or performed by one of our customers, or by a visitor, or third party. In2bet reserves the right to block access and/or close the account where evidence of automated or robotic activity is found. In2bet has the right to cancel the bet, any winnings or bonuses resulting from these bets, close the account and refund the balance. In2bet reserves the right to report any such case to the competent supervisory authorities.
2.22 The Customer shall not engage in illegal, collusive, steering or other illegal activity in connection with the Customer's or third party's participation in any of the contests, and shall not use software-assisted methods or techniques or hardware devices to participate in any of the games. In2bet reserves the right to cancel, or close the account, or cancel the Customer's participation in a Competition, if such behaviour occurs.
3. Deposits and withdrawals
3.1 If you wish to participate in betting, you must deposit funds into your account through an account or source of which you are the owner.
3.2 In order to participate in any game, a necessary condition is to have sufficient funds in your account. If your account is credited in error, it is your responsibility to notify the Company without delay.
3.3 In2bet does not grant credit for the use of its services, in compliance with the provisions of the Betting Law (37(I))2019. We therefore reserve the right to void any bet inadvertently accepted where your account did not have sufficient funds to cover the bet.
3.4 No interest is paid on account balances.
3.5 Deposits can be made using a variety of methods including: credit and debit cards, as well as multiple alternative online payment methods. The minimum deposit amount depends on the deposit method used, as follows:

3.6 f you use a credit or debit card as a deposit method, your funds are available when we receive approval and an authorization code from the issuing authority (bank). If we do not receive the above, then your account will not be credited with these funds.
3.7 It is prohibited to use your account as a Bank account. If we observe deposits of funds into customer accounts and subsequent withdrawals without sufficient betting activity, we reserve the right to close an account temporarily or permanently, or even charge administrative fees not exceeding 10% of the deposits of the account in question. We reserve the right to proceed to close your account if we detect such cases.
3.8 Funds deposited into your account must be used for bona fide transactions, for the express purpose of establishing a normal commercial relationship with in2bet, and for the express purpose of conducting betting transactions.
3.9 If we become aware that funds are deposited into your account without the express purpose of conducting betting transactions, then we reserve the right to cancel the transactions and refund you. In any case, we bear no responsibility for these funds and undertake no obligation towards you.
3.10 Your funds are kept separate from the Company's funds, in a different bank account. In the event of insolvency, the funds held in this bank account are distributed to customers. Therefore, in case of bankruptcy your money is secured.
3.11 Deposits can only be made from card accounts/bank accounts/e-wallet accounts registered in your name, and exactly matching the name provided during registration. No third-party transfers allowed.
3.12 A Customer may only make deposits into their own account, using their personal card and/or a payment method in their name. In the event that a deposit is made from an account or card that does not belong to the Account holder, the company reserves the right to confiscate all profits and return the initial deposits as well as block the account.
3.13 If you use a payment method that you do not own the account, and/or use funds that do not belong to you, including payment methods that are stolen, copied or without the owner's approval, we reserve the right to consider the transaction as void (as well as the corresponding profits derived from this transaction).
3.14 In2bet reserves the right to impose minimum and/or maximum deposit restrictions on an account, depending on the deposit method chosen by the account holder.
3.15 In2bet reserves the right to use additional procedures and means to verify the Customer's identity when making deposits to their account.
3.16 Where deemed necessary, in2bet reserves the right to request copies of the credit/debit card (front and back of the card). We advise our customers to leave only the first six and last four digits of their card number visible, for security reasons. Also, cover the CVV/CVV2 number on the back of your card.
3.17 You can withdraw any amount, up to your Account Balance, by making a valid withdrawal request, by selecting "Withdrawals" in your account. We do not accept withdrawal requests by phone or email or live chat, and Company employees are prohibited from bypassing these orders.
3.18 Please note that your chosen deposit method will also be used for your withdrawals. Provided that, any amount paid to the Customer, such amount shall be paid only to the bank account from which the amounts with which the bet was placed originated.
3.19 As a company, we will make every effort to accommodate your request regarding your desired withdrawal method; however, we do not guarantee that your wish will be fulfilled. Please note that any winnings that arise can be withdrawn using the method you used to deposit. Therefore, we may need to process and pay withdrawals through a different payment method than the one selected by you and/or cancel any pending withdrawal requests, if the withdrawal method you selected is not the same as the deposit method you used.
3.20 Withdrawals can only be made through a card/bank account/e-wallet registered in your name and matching the name provided during the registration and verification process. Withdrawals to third parties are not allowed.
3.21 If the deposit method used is a prepaid voucher/code and the value of a deposit is not fully played before a withdrawal is requested, or there is evidence that a series of bets/bets played lead to a guaranteed profit for the Customer regardless of the outcome, or where all bets are determined to be low risk, in2bet reserves the right to request proof of purchase of the coupon and/or the coupons themselves used for the deposit, or any other document deemed necessary, before advancing any withdrawals. In addition, in2bet reserves the right to refuse to forward the withdrawal request or to take additional actions, if betting behavior is found that is contrary to its internal policies and procedures on Preventing and Combating Money Laundering from Illegal Activities and/or to the betting rules.
3.22 If the value of a deposit is not fully played before a withdrawal request is registered, in2bet reserves the right to charge the Customer's account in order to cover all justified costs related to the deposit and withdrawal. If necessary, the value of the requested withdrawal may be reduced accordingly. Additional proof of identification for all withdrawals may be requested from in2bet, and due diligence may be conducted in relation to withdrawals of funds not used for betting.
3.23 Withdrawal is only available for customers who have a verified account.
3.24 To avoid unnecessary delays in processing withdrawal requests, we rely on the Customer providing us with complete and correct information.
3.25 After submitting a withdrawal request, you may be required to submit further documents, as required from time to time by anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, credit/debit card companies, online payment providers.
3.26 If a chargeback occurs, reverse charge or otherwise cancellation of any deposit to the Customer's account, the Company reserves the right in any such case to refund the Customer and reimburse in2bet for unpaid deposits, including our own collection costs of the Customer's deposit.
3.27 If more than one deposit method have been used by an Account Holder, we reserve the right to ensure that any payments are processed in accordance with company policy, for security reasons. This includes instalment payments to payment methods that have been used in the past, where deemed necessary.
3.28 The Company has the right to initiate the verification process of the game account holder and request documents, confirming the Customer's personal information. The documents must be submitted in any readable format with readable image quality.
3.29 If the Customer refuses to submit/complete the process, the Company also has the right to cancel the Customer's bets and close the account.
3.30 At the request of the Customer in whose name the account has been created, in2bet shall remit any amounts due within five (5) business days from the day of receipt of the request, after first verifying the Customer's registration, conducting security procedures in relation to the Customer’s account, and ensure that there is compliance with the terms and regulations regarding the payment of profits to the Clients.
4. Account Identification
4.1 In2bet will verify your identity and the information you provided during registration. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you agree to present all necessary documents upon registration, or whenever requested.
4.2 The initial verification is carried out by in2bet in order to confirm that the account has been registered, based on real data and that you have reached the age of 18.
4.3 Your account verification must be done within thirty (30) days from the moment of submitting the registration request, or sooner, if you request a withdrawal from your account and/or when your total deposits reach or exceed the €2,000 restriction.
4.4 In2bet reserves the right to confirm your residential address by mailing a letter to the residential address you provided during registration. All correspondence will be confidential, and the file will not refer to in2bet.
4.5 The name, surname, photograph, date of birth, document number must be clearly visible on the document. Only coloured photographs of documents can be accepted. Document pages must be fully visible.
4.6 In2bet will do its best to check your documents within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt. However, in some cases, there may be a delay in examining your documents. Once the check is complete, you will be notified by email
4.7 If your identification document has expired, we reserve the right to request that you send us a renewed document. In addition, we reserve the right, where we deem necessary, to request a new proof of residential address and/or identification document at any time.
4.8 At its discretion, in2bet may require additional proof of your identity and/or your residence address, at any time, regardless of whether you have passed the initial verification. The list of additional documents may include (but is not limited to): a digital photo of you with your passport, identity card, birth certificate, utility bill etc.
4.9 In addition, where deemed necessary, we reserve the right to check the source of the funds used to bet. You may be asked to provide additional information and documentation, showing that you have sufficient resources to support your activity. Such information may include your occupation and salary, supported by documents such as a copy of your payslip, and/or a copy of your bank account statement, and/or tax return form, or any other document deemed necessary. We may terminate and/or suspend your account and/or withhold payment to you if we do not receive such documents within the specified time period.
4.10 In2bet will carry out additional identification procedures on accounts where accumulated deposits exceed the equivalent of €2,000, and reserves the right to carry out such identification procedures in cases of smaller amounts. All transactions shall be checked to prevent legalisation of income from illegal activities (money laundering).
4.11 Your account may be subject to certain restrictions or may even be suspended until you provide us with the required information and documents to satisfy our checks.
4.12 In2bet will have the right to suspend your Account when fraudulent activity is suspected. Your account will remain suspended until in2bet completes the audit of your Account.
4.13 You hereby represent and warrant that all funds you deposit into the Account are from your legitimate activities, and are not derived from any illegal activity or source.
4.14 In2bet complies with the law regarding combating legalisation of income from illegal activities. In2bet shall mention any suspicious transactions to the authorities.
4.15 In2bet shall check all transactions to prevent legalisation of income from illegal activities.
4.16 If in2bet is unable to verify that the funds deposited into your account originate from legitimate activities, they will consult with the Unit for Combating Money Laundering (MOKAS).
4.17 In2bet will not make a payment to a customer until they are satisfied that the verification process has been completed.
4.18 If you become aware of any suspicious activity regarding any of the games on the Webpage, you must report it to the company immediately.
4.19 In2bet has the right to suspend, block or even close a customer’s account and withhold funds, if required to do so, in order to comply with relevant anti-money laundering laws.
4.20 To see how you can identify your account, see the "Account Identification" section at the bottom of our page. The "Account Identification" section is an integral part of the contract between in2bet and the account holder. By accepting the in2bet Terms and Conditions, the account holder confirms that he/she has become aware of the identification process, accepted documents, and that otherwise included in the "Account Identification" section.
5.1 Each time you place a bet/bets, you automatically acknowledge that you have read, understood and fully accepted all the terms and conditions of the game regarding bets offered by in2bet, as presented on the Webpage.
5.2 You can read all the betting rules, but also the rules governing betting games on the “Betting Rules” section. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you confirm that you have read the Betting Rules, you understand them and agree to act in accordance with them.
5.3 Bets are only accepted from adult (18 years and over) registered users.
5.4 Each bet can be placed only if the user has sufficient money on their account.
5.5 In2bet reserves the right to reject all or part of any bet requested, without providing any reasoning. All bets/stakes are placed at your own risk and judgment.
5.6 It is your responsibility to ensure that your bets/stakes details are correct. Once bets/stakes have been placed, they cannot be cancelled by you.
5.7 In2bet accepts online bets (including those via mobile devices or applications that can be stored on a mobile device). Bets are not accepted by any other means (post, email, etc.).
5.8 Once bets are placed, they cannot be cancelled or changed by the Customer.
5.9 A bet/stake you request will only be valid when accepted by us. Each valid bet/stake shall be assigned with a unique transaction code. We will not be responsible for settling any bets/bets which are not issued with a unique transaction code. If you are unsure of the validity of a bet/stake, please check your account history, or contact Customer Service.
5.10 If a dispute occurs, you agree that in2bet's transaction history shall be the ultimate authority in matters of such nature.
5.11 By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you declare that at the time you place one or more bets, you have absolutely no knowledge of the outcome of the respective events. Betting on events in which you are either directly involved or have access to confidential information is prohibited. If a violation of this rule is suspected, in2bet reserves the right to cancel the bet and refuse to pay the winnings. It also reserves the right to take further action to protect its legal interests, and to comply with other applicable laws and regulations.
5.12 Ιn2bet reserves the right to withhold payment and cancel bets where there is evidence that the following have occurred:
- The integrity of the event has been called into question
- Prices have been manipulated
- Any pre-arrangement on the outcome of the match has taken place
Evidence of the above may be based on the size, pattern and volume of bets placed with us. A decision may also be taken by any relevant governing body of the sport in question and such decision shall be final and conclusive. The above withholding will last until there is an official decision by the competent body. In cases where the fact is judged not to have been manipulated, then in2bet shall proceed with payment of the winnings.
5.13 In2bet reserves the right to declare all bets on an event, or certain events, as void, if they originate from a group of customers who appear to have had knowledge of their outcome and acted together to take advantage of this knowledge, e.g. betting ‘gang’, a criminal syndicate.
5.14 We reserve the right to void all bets placed by any group of people acting in collaboration to defraud the company. It is provided that we will inform the National Betting Authority.
5.15 A bet is automatically void if the company has not received payment before the start of the respective event.
5.16 In2bet reserves the right to cancel any bet/selection that ends up in its network, after the start of the sporting event to which the bet/selection refers, with the exception of live bets (bets during the game).
5.17 If it comes to our attention that a Customer has placed a number of bets from different accounts, then we reserve the right to lock the relevant accounts and void all bets placed through them. Stakes on the relevant bets shall be returned to the Customer, but not potential winnings.
5.18 In2bet reserves the right to cancel bets even retrospectively if the Customer has won such a bet as a result of a technical fault or error, including but not limited to a mistake, or error in transmission. In any such case, the stake amount of the bet or game shall be re-credited to the Customer's account. At our discretion, we reserve the right to hold any Customer liable for any damage caused or suffered by us as a result of such Customer knowingly taking advantage of a technical or managerial error in making and/or receiving payments.
5.19 We reserve the right to suspend betting during the event due to incorrect transmission or other technical reasons, or if we suspect fraud.
5.20 If suspicious betting activity is observed, in2bet reserves the right to further investigate, in collaboration with the National Betting Authority and the Unit for Combating Money Laundering. Until the process is completed, bets shall remain open.
5.21 Where we reasonably suspect that a bet has been placed while the outcome of the event is known (even if only known to the person placing the bet) we reserve the right to void the bet.
5.22 Repeated incidents of late betting shall be considered, at in2bet's discretion, as fraud and shall be dealt with accordingly. "Delayed placing of bets" consists of placing bets on behalf of a customer in cases where there is a delay in the transmission of the results and/or the match by our provider and the customer, knowing the progress of the match, deliberately places bets taking advantage of this error. For example, a customer who is physically presented to the match and knows the progress, places a bet after the fact knowing the outcome of the match and with the aim of benefiting from the delay of the broadcast from our page.
5.23 If during the bet acceptance period, information is disclosed through which the outcome of the bet can be determined, in2bet reserves the right, at its discretion, to cancel the bet.
5.24 Repeated requests to place bets containing the same selections from the same or different customers may be cancelled by in2bet in the following circumstances:
- where we have reasonable suspicions that customers are acting in collusion, or in an organized manner
- where betting applications have been registered within a short period of time.
In such a case, in2bet reserves the right to close the accounts involved.
5.25 If a game starts but an error occurs due to system failure, in2bet will refund the amount wagered by the Customer on the game, crediting their account. If the Customer's participation in a game is interrupted, after they have placed a bet, either due to a failure of the telecommunications systems, or due to a failure of the personal computer, after the restoration of the system, the Customer can be informed about the progress and outcome of the game on pages of his account and if they won, the amount shall be credited directly to the account.
6.2 In2bet processes your data to provide you with the following services:
- Payment processing
- Customer service
- Anti-fraud and anti-money laundering controls
- Marketing services where consent has been given
7. Your Obligations
7.1 By accept in these Terms and Conditions, each Customer declares and guarantees that he/she:
- Is older than 18 years of age.
- Is not professional player in any sport, match or link, where in2bet offers bets.
- Is not registered as addicted, problematic player, and/or is included (willingly or not) to any registry or database of excluded customers.
- Does not have any account that had been closed by us, or after his/her request.
- All the information provided in in2bet during registration, but also throughout this agreement are true, full and correct, and he/she must inform the company immediately regarding any change in this information.
- Participates in the games strictly in his/her personal and non-professional capacity, for solely entertainment reasons and fun.
- Participates in the games on his/her own account and not on behalf of any other person.
- Shall not engage in any fraud or collusion, related to his/her participation or the participation of third parties in any game, and shall not use any method or technique with the help of software or hardware (Technical Equipment) for his/her participation in any game. For this reason, in2bet reserves the right to cancel or close an account or to cancel a Customer's participation in a game, if he/she engages in the above-described behaviour.
- All money deposited in his/her account is not tainted with any illegality, and in particular, does not come from any illegal activity or source.
7.2 If we identify an account that violates one of the above elements of term 7.1 (a) – (i), we reserve the right to close the account.
7.3 You are not allowed to transfer funds from your account to other customers, or receive funds from other customers into your own account, or transfer, sell and/or acquire user accounts.
7.4 You understand that by participating in the games, you are taking the risk of losing money deposited into your account.
7.5 You guarantee that:
- the name and address you have provided when creating your account are correct, and
- you are the legal owner of the money you deposit into your account, at any time
7.6 It is your responsibility to print and keep a record of all transactions and betting slips together with all these terms and conditions and any other rules for the matches offered on the in2bet Webpage.
7.7 You hereby declare that you are not a professional player, coach or any official in any sport, event or league where in2bet offers betting.
7.8 You hereby declare that you are entering the competitions on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any other person/organisation.
7.9 It is your responsibility to pay any taxes applicable to you on any winnings you receive from in2bet.
7.10 You understand that by participating in the games, you assume the risk of losing funds deposited into your in2bet account.
8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
8.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Cyprus and Cypriot Law. All disputes arising in relation to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Cypriot courts.
9. Liability Limitation
9.1 In2bet shall not be liable for any losses, costs, expenses or damages alleged to have arisen from the Webpage or its content, in connection with the use of our Webpage, the game, the campaigns or the communication.
9.2 You access the Webpage and use it at your own risk. The premises and facilities are not provided with any guarantee.
9.3 You agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
9.4 In2bet shall not be liable for any loss of revenue, reputation, profits, business, connection error, fraud, death/loss of health or consequential or special losses, or any other potential liability.
9.5 In2bet shall not be in breach of these Terms and Conditions and shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure is due to events, circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control. In such cases, the execution time will be extended or eliminated.
9.6 Any information given by the Customer Service department is purely for the guidance of the Customers. While we endeavor to ensure that all information provided to Customers is correct, it is ultimately the Customers responsibility to ensure they understand the nature of the bets they are placing, as well as the terms and regulations.
10.Termination/Suspension of Account
10.1 You can close your account at any time you wish, by contacting the Customer Service Department, at email@example.com or via the Webpage’s live chat function.
10.2 If you choose to close your account, in2bet will refund all funds available in your account, after deducting the relevant withdrawal fees. Any amount paid to you shall only be paid to the bank account from which the amounts used to place the bet came from. If a bet is placed using prepaid cards, the method shall be agreed with the Customer.
10.3 If you are concerned about your betting activity and wish to close your account due to an addiction problem, please see clause 14 Safer Gambling. In such case, reopening the account or opening a new account is expressly prohibited. In2bet shall in no way be responsible if you successfully open a new account, nor for any direct or indirect damage. In2bet reserves the right to close an account that has opened in violation of this rule, at any time.
10.4 In2bet reserves the right to close/terminate your account if there are reasonable suspicions that you have breached any of the conditions listed, or if you acted inconsistently, for any reason. If in2bet exercises the rights mentioned above, it will provide you with a written reasoning.
10.5 In2bet reserves the right to close or block your account in the following cases:
- if you file for bankruptcy
- in2bet considers that you have used the webpage fraudulently, or for illegal and irregular purposes.
- in2bet considers that you have used the Webpage in an unfair manner or have intentionally deceived or gained an unfair advantage over in2bet or any of its customers or your account has been used for the benefit of a third party.
- iIn2bet is requested by the police, any regulatory authority or court to take such action.
- In2bet considers that any of the events in (a) to (d) above may have occurred or are likely to occur.
- Your account will be considered inactive, and its balance shall be, or become, zero in accordance with the "Inactive Accounts" section below.
10.6 If the blocking or closing of your account is due to a reason as stated in paragraph 10.5 (a) – (e) above, you shall be responsible for all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses arising from or incurred by in2bet and you shall indemnify in2bet on demand for such requests. In addition, in2bet reserves the right in such cases to withhold part or all of the amounts that would otherwise have been paid or be payable to you (including any winnings or bonus payments).
11. Dormant Account
11.1 In accordance with the provisions of Directive 11.2020 of the National Betting Authority, your account will be considered "dormant" if no transaction (deposit, withdrawal, placing a bet) occurs on it for a period of twenty-four consecutive months (24).
11.2 If your account balance at the time it becomes "dormant" is zero, then your account shall be closed.
11.3 If your account maintains a positive balance at the time it becomes "dormant", then in2bet must take actions to locate you in order to inform you. In2bet shall use the contact details you have provided during your registration process to inform you of your account status and the exact balance it holds, and you will be asked to provide details of a bank account in your name for us to send you the account balance. There may be bank charges for transferring the balance to your account which you are required to bear. In2bet shall inform you of the relevant transfer fees.
11.4. If, after receiving the relevant information from the company, you wish to reactivate your account, you will be able to do so by making a successful deposit, or by placing a bet. Said affirmative action must be made before the completion of the twenty-four (24) month period.
11.5. If, after one month has passed since in2bet's first attempt to notify you, you do not respond, then the balance of your account shall be deposited with the National Betting Authority, by bank transfer.

The decision of Senior Management should be considered final.
12.5 If, for some reason you are not satisfied with the resolution of your complaint by in2bet, you have the right to forward it to the Cyprus National Betting Authority, at the address: 83, Digeni Akrita str., 1070 Nicosia, Telephone centre: +357 22881800, Email: firstname.lastname@example.org. In such case, the final judge shall be the National Betting Authority and in2bet shall comply with the decision in accordance with Directive 20/2017 of the National Betting Authority regarding the Procedure for Submission and Examination of Complaints.
13.1 You acknowledge that the service and all material posted on the Webpage including, but not limited to, text, graphics, photographs, logos, button icons, images, trademarks, audio and video clips, databases, data collections, data and software (together the Service Content) is owned and/or controlled exclusively by us. You may not copy, adapt, display, publicly communicate or otherwise use any Service Content, except as permitted by the Service from time to time.
13.2 Any unauthorized use of in2bet trademarks and logos may result in you being prosecuted. in2bet reserves the right to take legal action against any person who makes unauthorized use of in2bet's trademarks and logos.

14.5.4 Access restriction
You can restrict access to your account.
If you wish to take a break from betting, you can request a temporary break for a certain period of time, either through your account settings or by sending your request to Customer Service via email or live chat. Your request shall be immediately satisfied.
You can request a temporary suspension for a period of 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days or 30 days.
Once you activate the pause option you will no longer be able to use your account. It will not be possible to reactivate your account during the selected period. Your account will be automatically reactivated at the end of the selected time period.

The permanent self-exclusion takes immediate effect. The permanent self-exclusion process is irreversible, it cannot be removed for any reason and you cannot request to create a new account.
By blocking your account, we will do our best to prevent you from receiving promotional material. However, you may receive promotional material that has already been sent prior to your request for self-exclusion.
14.6 If that in2bet deems that a customer’s activity causes or may cause financial or personal difficulties, it reserves the right to close that account.
14.7 If you choose to exclude yourself, we recommend that you look for the exclude from all other betting webpages, where you play as well. We also recommend that you, during any blackout period, seek additional support and advice from a support organization such as https://safergambling.gov.cy.
14.8 To withdraw a limit or amend one that results in reduced customer protection, please contact Customer Service. The request can only be made seven (7) days after the Company receives your request, while any amendment leading to increased customer protection will take immediate effect.
15. Other provisions
15.1 If you breach any term of these Terms and Conditions, or in2bet has reasonable grounds to suspect that you have breached them, it reserves the right not to open, suspend or close your account, without paying any of your winnings, use these funds on account of losses for which you are responsible and send relevant information to the National Betting Authority.

15.7 In2bet assumes no responsibility for any damages caused by the improper use of the account by the Customer or third parties.
15.8 In2bet assumes no responsibility for loss of winnings caused by interrupted games. In2bet assumes no responsibility for loss of winnings caused by games interrupted due to postponement or cancellation after they have started. In these cases, all bets are void and the bet amount shall be returned to the Customer's account.
15.9 In no event shall in2bet or any of its directors or employees be liable to the Customer for any damages, including but not limited to indirect, incidental or any consequential damages which may arise out of or in connection with the Customers use of the Website or services, including but not limited to the quality, accuracy or usefulness of the information provided.
15.10 If the Customer breaches the Terms and Conditions of the Webpage, the Customer shall indemnify in2bet against any third-party claims and any losses, costs or damages arising therefrom.
15.11 No one shall misuse this Website for money laundering purposes. In2bet may use best practice anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. In2bet reserves the right to refuse to do business with, discontinue business transaction and/or reverse transactions.
15.12 In the event that in a match the game starts but is cancelled due to a failure arising from our system, or resulting from a network error or possible failure of our system, in2bet will have to refund the amount staked on that game to the Customer. Tickets which have already been validated and were not affected by the system failure shall settled based on the final result.
15.13 It is noted that the Customer who bet a ticket, which has been validated before any damage to the in2bet system, this ticket shall be settled accordingly.
15.14 If the Customer's participation in a game is interrupted, after they have placed a bet, either due to a failure of the telecommunication systems, or due to a failure of the personal computer, the player, after the restoration of the system, can be informed of the development and outcome of the event on pages of his account and if they won, the amount should be credited directly to their personal account.
15.15 If a Customer has placed a bet and an obviously incorrect price is detected before the start of a match, the bet shall become void. In2bet shall refund the amount wagered and the Customer shall be informed via email.
15.16 We reserve the right to void bets, even after the bet has been settled, if the customer has won such a bet as a result of a technical failure or error, including, without limitation, errors or mistakes in transmission. In2bet shall cancel the bet and return the original bet to the Customer. However, we reserve the right to hold a Customer liable for any damage caused or suffered by us as a result of such Customer knowingly taking advantage of a technical or operational error in the execution and/or collection of payments.
15.17 If a Customer has placed a bet and an obvious incorrect price is detected after the start of a match, all bets will stand and be settled at a revised in2bet price, based on the market average. If the revised price is not available, we will void the bet and the Customer shall receive their bet amount back.
15.18 If in2bet accidentally credits your account with winnings and/or funds that do not belong to you, this amount remains the property of in2bet and will be deducted from your account. If the error is noticed by in2bet after the credit of the money, which does not belong to you, has been completed, then the wrongly paid amount constitutes a debt that you owe to in2bet. In such case of incorrect credit, automated efforts are made by the payment provider to correct the incorrect credit by debiting your respective account, and you must also inform in2bet immediately, via email.
15.19 In2bet actively monitors traffic to and from its licenced webpages. In2bet reserves the right to prevent access where evidence of data or automatic or robotic activity is found.
15.20 Any suspicious or fraudulent transaction shall be immediately reported to the relevant authorities.
15.21 All offers are subject to the respective terms and conditions available to you through the Webpage, and are limited to one offer per person, family, household address, email address, telephone number, same payment account number (e.g., debit or credit card, Skrill, etc.), and mobile device, tablet or computer-shared, e.g., public library or workplace. 15.22 in2bet may reclaim any bonus amount, Free Bets and any other offer awarded in error, and may void any bets funded by such bonuses, Free Bets etc., and withdraw any winnings from such bets.
15.23 Where any term of an offer is breached, or there is evidence of a series of bets by a Customer or group of customers, which due to enhanced pay-outs, Free Bets and risk-free bets, Betting Coupons or other promotional offer, lead to guaranteed winnings for the Customer regardless of the outcome, either individually or as part of a group, in2bet reserves the right to claim back the enhanced pay-out, Free Bet, risk free bet or Bet Vouchers of such offers and/or cancel any bet funded by the Free Bet or Bet Vouchers .
15.24 Misuse of bonuses and/or offers includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Violation of the Terms and Conditions of the bonus programs, free bets or any other offer
- Opening multiple accounts to activate multiple bonuses
If there are reasonable suspicions that the Account holder has abused or attempted to abuse a bonus and/or an offer, in2bet reserves the right to:
- Cancel the bonus/offer received by the account holder, as well as any winnings resulting from that bonus/offer, and/or
- Revoke, deny or remove a bonus/offer from the Account holder, and/or
- Block access to specific products, and/or
- Exclude the Account Holder from future promotions, and/or
- Proceed to the permanent blocking of the Holder's Account with immediate effect.
16. Cash Out
16.1 Cash out option is available for both pre-game and in-game matches in progress, in selected markets. It is also offered for single and multiple bets, as long as odds are available.
16.2 The Cash out feature, when available, gives you the opportunity to receive a refund before the end of the game/event, either on single or on multiple bets.
16.3 In2bet is not liable, and shall not be held liable if the Cash out option is not available for technical reasons. In such cases, the original bet slips shall be deemed valid and shall be settled accordingly.
16.4 In2bet cannot guarantee that the Cash out option will be available for all games, either pre-game or in-game. In such cases the original bet slips shall still be considered valid and shall be settled accordingly.
16.5 Acceptance of your Cash out request may experience a slight delay, and in cases where a market is suspended or there is a change in odds, then the cash out option may not be available and your request may not be accepted.
16.6 In2bet reserves the right to modify, postpone or remove the Cash Out option at any time for any market or game./p>
16.7 In2bet reserves the right to cancel a Cash out receipt if it has been incorrectly settled and there is an obvious error, including but not limited to technical error, wrong odds or wrong information. If the Cash out bet settlement value has been accepted in error, the Cash out transaction will be cancelled and the bet will be settled at the new, correct in2bet revised price. If there are continued attempts by players to take advantage of the obvious error by placing bets and requesting a Cash out settlement before any errors is rectified, then the Company will consider the relevant bet slips to become void.
16.8 Bets settled via the Cash out option will NOT count towards any bonus claim.
