Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions are effective as from 12th January 2022. All previous terms and conditions have been cancelled.

Please note that the Greek version of the Terms and Conditions prevails over any other.

1. General Introduction and Definitions

1.1 The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to govern the legal relations of in2bet with the "Customers", "Player", "You". Customers, Players must carefully read the terms and conditions. If you do not accept the terms and conditions, you should not proceed to use the service. When the customer plays a game or places a bet using the services, the customer accepts and agrees to be bound by the rules that apply from time to time to the services available on the Website.

1.2 References to "Customers", "Player", "You" / "Yours" are references to any person using the in2bet Website or services and / or any registered customer of in2bet.

1.3 Where reference is made to "in2bet", the "company", "we", "us" or "our" it refers to:

1.4 The Company reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions from time to time for various reasons (including compliance with the applicable laws, regulations and regulatory acts. All changes will be published on the Website. The Terms and Conditions in force will be available on the Website. If any change is unacceptable to you, you must stop using the Website and / or close your account. If, however, you continue to use the Website after the date on which the changes to the Terms come into effect, you will be deemed to have accepted those changes.

1.5 Account opening and access to betting services provided by in2bet are only allowed to Customers over the age of 18 and are residents of Republic of Cyprus

1.6 Each Customer is allowed to have one active account only. The Customer must prohibit third parties from using his account at any time. Any registered Customer is prohibited from re-registering as a new customer, even if they use different registration details (different name, different email address, etc.). In case it is discovered that the Customer has more than one active accounts, the initial deposits will be transferred to the original account. All winnings, bonuses and free bets, as well as winnings from bonuses and free bets, using multiple accounts, will be cancelled. All other accounts will be terminated.

1.7 In2bet has the right to restrict or prohibit the use of the Website and its services due to laws and regulations relating to betting activities under various jurisdictions.

1.8 It is the responsibility of each Customer to ensure that they comply with Cyprus' betting law before opening an account or placing a bet with in2bet. A Customer is deemed to have read and accepted the rules of in2bet by opening an account or by placing a bet on the in2bet page.

1.9 In2bet reserves the right to refuse to open an account, to cancel or deny bets, to suspend or close the account that has been opened in breach of these Rules. In case in2bet exercises its above rights, it will provide written justification to the Customer.

1.10 If any illegal activity is detected, in2bet has the right to cancel the bet, retain any winnings or bonuses resulting from these bets, close the account and return the rest of the money. In2bet reserves the right to report any such case to the competent supervisory authorities.

1.11 In2bet reserves the right to withhold payment and cancel bets in case there is evidence that the following has occurred:

  • The integrity of the event has been called into question
  • Prices have been manipulated
  • Any pre-arrangement for the outcome of the match has taken place

Evidence of the above may be based on the size, pattern and volume of bets placed with us. A decision may also be taken by any competent governing body of that sport and such a decision shall be final. The above withholding will last until there is an official decision from the competent body. In cases where the fact is deemed not to have been manipulated, then in2bet will proceed to pay the winnings.

1.12 These rules shall take effect on the date of their publication on the Website and shall apply to all bets and transactions made from that date onwards. In2bet reserves the right to change, modify the rules or add to new rules where it deems it appropriate, provided that it receives the approval of the National Betting Authority and informs Customers of the relevant changes. All previous versions of the rules will be cancelled. Despite the translation of these rules and instructions on our website, the respective Greek text shall prevail in case of differences in interpretation.

2. Registration and Account Opening

2.1 To participate in any game or place any bet or make any other transaction in sports or other events on the Website, you must register with us and open a player account (an Account).

2.2 In order to register and open an Account, the Customer must first fill in the registration form on our website and provide at least the following personal data and information:

  • your first and last name
  • date and country of birth
  • Nationality

2.3 All applicants wishing to subscribe to our page must be over 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to register with the in2bet website and open an Account. We reserve the right to request proof of age and identification from any Customer and to suspend their Account unless adequate documentation is provided.

2.4 In case of closing the in2bet account due to gambling addiction or fraud, a person cannot open a new account. In2bet will not be liable in the event that the person succeeds in opening a new account or for direct or indirect consequential damage. In2bet reserves the right to close an account that has been opened in violation of this rule at any time.

3.2 Deposits can only be made from card accounts / bank accounts / e-wallet accounts that are registered in your name and correspond exactly to the name provided at the time of registration. Third party transfers are not allowed.

3.3 A Customer can only deposit in his own in2bet account using his personal card and / or a payment method in his name. In case a deposit is made from an account or card that does not belong to the account holder, the company reserves the right to seize all profits and return the original deposits.

3.4 Withdrawals can only be made by card / bank account / e-wallet which are registered in your name and correspond to the name provided during the registration and verification process. Third party withdrawals are not allowed.

3.5 Please note that the method of depositing money you have chosen will also be used for your withdrawals. Ιt should be understood that any amount paid to the Customer, will be paid only to the bank account from which the amounts with which the bet was placed came.

3.6 Withdrawals are only available to customers who have a verified account.

3.7 To avoid unnecessary delays in the execution of withdrawal requests, we rely on the customer to provide us with complete and correct information.

3.8 Upon submission of an application to withdraw money, you may be required to submit further documents, as required from time to time, under the regulations for combating money laundering (AML), credit / debit card companies, electronic payment providers.

3.9 Using VPN / Proxy to hide your identity and location when connecting to our website is strictly prohibited. In2bet reserves the right to retain any profits, cancel all bonuses and terminate the Customer account if VPN / Proxy / Cloud has been used.

3.10 In the event of a refund, reversal of charge or otherwise cancellation of any deposit in the Customer's account, the Company reserves the right in any such case for the Customer to return the money and reimburse in2bet for unpaid deposits including our collection expenses of the Customer's deposit.

3.11 The Customer is fully responsible for the confidentiality of his account details, the security of the account number and the password. The Company cannot be held liable for any consequences of access to the Customer's personal data by unauthorized persons due to negligence or breach of the Customer’s computer or network area.

3.12 Loss or theft of a password shall not be considered as a reason to cancel bets or cancel withdrawals. In case the Customer is informed (or if it comes to his attention) that the password and / or personal data have been stolen, he must immediately change the password and notify the Company.

3.14 The Company has the right to initiate the verification process of the game account holder and to request documents, confirming the Customer's personal information. Documents must be submitted in any legible form with legible image quality.

3.15 If it is found that the Customer has more than one active betting accounts, the initial deposits will be transferred to the original account. All winnings, bonuses and free bets, as well as winnings from bonuses and free bets, using multiple accounts, will be cancelled. All other accounts will be terminated.

3.16 If it turns out that a record has been reproduced (including the registration of the same customer with a different name) or when invalid / false documents are submitted (including documents modified with different software and graphics processors), the Company reserves the right to cancel bets that have been placed by this account and close the account.

3.17 In case the Customer refuses to submit / complete the process, the Company also has the right to cancel the Customer's bets and close the account.

3.18 The Company accepts as primary verification documents:

  • A passport of any recognized, lawful country
  • A Cypriot identity card
  • A national identity card of European Union countries

3.19 The Company accepts as a secondary recognition of non-EU citizens residing in Cyprus:

  • A permanent Residence Permit in Cyprus
  • A temporary residence permit in Cyprus or long-term Visa
  • A certificate of registration of aliens in Cyprus

3.20 In addition, customers must confirm their place of residence by providing one of the following documents issued in the name of the customer 6 months ago:

  • A public utility bill
  • A bank statement
  • Phone / Internet bill
  • A certificate from the local authorities

3.19 At the request of the Customer in whose name the account has been created, in2bet will deposit any due amounts within five (5) working days from the date of receipt of the request, after having previously verified the Customer's registration, conducting security procedures in relation to the Customer's account and ensuring that there is compliance with the terms and conditions regarding the payment of winnings to customers.

4. Verification and Combating Money Laundering

4.1 From time to time, due to legal and regulatory requirements we may request proof of identity, source of funds and other information from you which you agree to provide to us promptly. We may terminate and/or suspend your account and/or withhold payment to you if we do not receive such documentation within the specified time period.

4.2 Due to the Anti-money laundering law, you may be asked to provide additional information in regards to your source of funds or your source of wealth. Examples of such documentation are but not limited to: A recent payslip, bank savings account statements, trust deeds, Tax declaration form etc.

4.3 In2bet will have the right to suspend the Customer Account when there is a suspicion of fraudulent activity. The account will remain suspended until in2bet completes the Customer Account check.

4.4 You hereby declare and guarantee that all the money you deposit in the Account come from your lawful activities and do not come from any illegal activity or source.

4.5 In2bet will report suspicious transactions to the competent authorities.

4.6 In2bet will check all transactions to prevent money laundering.

4.7 In2bet may request the Customer to provide identification documents. Otherwise, the Customer's Account may be blocked until sufficient documentation is provided.

4.8 If in2bet cannot verify that the Customer's deposited money comes from lawful activities, in2bet will consult the Unit for Combating Money Laundering (MOKAS).

4.9 In2bet will not make a payment from a Customer's account to the specific Customer until the company is sure that the verification process has been completed.

4.10 We strictly prohibit the use of robotic, mechanical, electronic or other devices for automatic decision taking in any game, regardless of whether this use is attempted or carried out by one of our customers or by a visitor or third parties. In2bet reserves the right in its sole discretion to block access and/or close the account where evidence indicative of automated or robotic activity is found. In2bet reserves the right to cancel the bet, any winnings or bonuses resulting from these bets, close the account and return the rest of the money. In2bet reserves the right to report any such case to the appropriate supervisory authorities.

4.11 Customers shall always be responsible for maintaining and protecting the security of their accounts. Customers should not allow third parties to access or use their account. Any losses due to this will not be refunded by us and we have no responsibility. If any winnings arise from third party access, they will be confiscated and their account will be permanently closed.

4.12 The Customer must not allow a third party to use their login details. The customer accepts full responsibility for the consequences of approving this activity and, without deviating from the generality of any other compensation contained herein, shall compensate in2bet for any damage resulting from this activity.

4.13 The Customer shall not be involved in any illegal, collusive, manipulating or other illegal activity in connection with the Customer's or third party's participation in any of the games and shall not use methods or techniques with the help of software or hardware devices to participate in any of the games. In2bet reserves the right to cancel or close the account or cancel the Customer's participation in a Game in the event of such conduct.

4.14 Only one account per ID, household, address, IP address is allowed. Any breach will result in a freezing of funds and account closure without notice.

5. Collection of personal data, use and privacy policy

6. Applicable law and jurisdiction

6.1 These T&Cs shall be governed by the laws of Cyprus. All disputes arising in connection with these T&Cs shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Cypriot courts of law.

6.2 We have restrictions on opening accounts and receiving bets from residents outside the Republic of Cyprus.

6.3 It is your responsibility to comply at all times with your own local, national or state laws that relate to gambling.

6.4 Any balance of the account will be paid to you in accordance with the terms and conditions relating to "Deposit and withdrawal of money".

6.5 After the money is returned to the Customer, the account will be closed.

6.6 The availability of the Website does not constitute an offer, call or invitation from us to use bets, games or other services for non-residents of the Republic of Cyprus. Under no circumstances will we be liable for any breach of state or country legislation that may arise as a result of the use of the Website.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 In2bet will not assume any responsibility for any losses, costs, expenses or damage allegedly caused by the Website or its contents in connection with the use of our Website, game, campaigns or communication.

7.5 In2bet does not violate these Terms and Conditions and is not responsible for any delay or failure to fulfil any of its obligations in the event that the delay or failure is due to events, circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control. In such cases, the execution time will be extended or terminated.

7.6 It is your own responsibility to print out and keep record of all transactions and betting slips together with all these terms and conditions and any other rules to the games offered on the in2bet website.

7.7 You hereby declare that you are not a professional player, coach, or any official in any sport, competition or league where in2bet offers betting.

7.8 You hereby declare that you participate in the games on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person/organization.

8. Closing or Suspension of Account

8.1 If you want to terminate (i.e. close) your Account, please contact the customer support team at: support@in2bet.com.cy or via the live chat feature of the website. If you want to re-open your account you will be asked to answer some additional questions for verification purposes. If you are worried about your betting activity and you need help see clause 11.2 Responsible gambling- Time out-Self exclusion.

8.2 The Company reserves the right to close / terminate your account if we believe that you have infringed any of the Terms or Conditions for any reason. If i2bet has exercised its rights above, it will provide a written justification to the customer.

8.3 In accordance with the provisions of Directive 11.2020 of the National Betting Authority in case where no transaction has been made in a player’s account for a period of twenty-four (24) months, in2bet is required to transfer the balance of the player’s account to an account designated by the player or, if the player cannot be located, the amount shall be transferred to the National Betting Authority (hereinafter referred to as the "Authority"). The amounts deposited to the Authority’s account are to be used according to regulations issued by the Council of Ministers. Provided that, there is no right to raise any claim against in2bet who has transferred an amount from the player’s account to the Authority, in accordance with the provisions of the Law.

9.6 The Procedure for Submission and Examination of Complaints submitted by the National Betting Authority of Cyprus is as follows:

1. A three-member committee has been established to examine complaints or violations. The Committee has the competence to hear any witness and take statements by persons involved who must report any relevant information or evidence.

2. The procedure for examining complaints is carried out in the manner set out below:

  1. A copy of the potential violation or complaint is sent to the licensee against whom the complaint is made,
  2. The person against whom the complaint is made is called to submit his position, in person or in writing,
  3. The committee may:
    1. Call witnesses and demand their attendance, the attendance of the person against whom the complaint is made as well as the complainant,
    2. Accept any testimony, written or oral, even if such testimony would not have been admitted in any civil or criminal proceedings,
    3. (iii) Require the presentation of any document or other evidence connected to the case.
  4. The person against whom the complaint is made has the right to proceed with the following if requested by the committee:
    1. Submit a written statement to the Authority and/or to the complainant in the form of a reply to the complaint.
    2. Submit to the Authority and/or to the complainant copies of any relevant document in his possession, either in original form or as certified copy of its authenticity, as well as any correspondence between the two parties concerned regarding the complaint or violation.

3. Thereafter, after completion of the above procedure, the three-member committee, shall submit its findings to the Authority which shall be fully justified and shall also submit all relevant evidence for the purpose of taking a decision.

4. If on the basis of the findings and the data before the Authority it is deemed that the there is a violation of the terms of the license, then the Authority shall take relevant action.

5. The decision of the Authority is notified in writing to both parties concerned.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 You acknowledge that the Service and all material published in the website which includes but is not limited to text, graphics, photographs, logos, button icons, images, trademarks, audio and video clips, databases, data collections, data and software ( together the Service Contents) are owned and controlled exclusively by us. 11.3 All registered Customers will have the right to:

    1. Set the betting limit for a specified period of time
    2. Set a maximum loss and / or damage limit for a specified period of time
    3. Determine the time limit within which they can bet
    4. Exclude themselves from the possibility of betting, either for a specific period or indefinitely
    5. Reduce the limit or increase their period of exclusion with immediate effect upon receipt of the relevant electronic notice.

11.4. Withdrawal of a limit or any amendment to it that results in reduced customer protection can only take place seven (7) days after the Company receives the Customer's electronic request, while any modification that leads to increased customer protection will have immediate result when receiving the relevant electronic request.

12. Other Provisions

In these cases all bets are cancelled and the bet amount will be refunded to the Customer's account.

12.7 In no case shall in2bet or any of its directors or employees be liable to the Customer for any damage, including, for example, indirect, incidental or any subsequent damages which may arise from or in connection with the use by Customers of the Website or the services, including, for example, the quality, accuracy or usefulness of the information provided.

12.8 In case of violation of the Terms and Conditions of the website by the Customer, the Customer shall compensate in2bet for any claims of third parties and any losses, expenses or damage resulting from it.

12.9 No one shall abuse this Website for money laundering purposes. In2bet can use best practice procedures against money laundering (AML). In2bet reserves the right to refuse to cooperate with, terminate the business transaction and / or reverse the transactions.

12.10 If a game starts but is cancelled due to a fault that results from our system or that results from a network error or the possibility of damage to our system, in2bet shall return the betting amount paid for the specific game to the Customer.

12.11 It is noted that the Customer who bet on a betting slip, which has been validated before any damage to the in2bet system, then this betting slip must be settled accordingly.

12.12 In case the Customer's participation in a game is interrupted, after he has placed his bet, either due to the failure of the telecommunication systems or due to the failure of his personal computer, the player after the restoration of the system can be informed about the development and outcome of the event on the pages of his account and in case he has won, the amount should be credited directly to his personal account.

12.13 In the event that a Customer has placed a bet and an obvious incorrect value is detected before a match starts, the bet will be cancelled. In2bet will return the bet amount, and the Customer will be notified via email.

12.14 We reserve the right to cancel bets even after the bet has been settled in the case where the client has won such a bet as a result of a technical failure or error, including, without limitation, errors or, mistakes in the broadcast. In2bet will void the bet and refund the initial bet investment back to the client. However, we reserve the right to consider a client responsible for any damage caused or incurred by us as a result of the fact that such client knowingly exploited a technical or handling error while payments were being made and/or collected.

12.15 In the event that a Customer has placed a bet and an obvious incorrect price is identified after the start of a match, all bets will be valid and settled at the revised price of in2bet based on the market average. If the revised price is not available, we will void the bet and the Customer will be refunded.

12.16 Any suspicious or fraudulent transaction shall be notified immediately to the competent authorities.

13. Cash Out

13.1 The Cash out option is available for both pre-game and οngoing games in selected markets. It is also offered for single and multiple bets for as long as there are available odds.

13.2 The Cash out feature, when available, gives you the opportunity to get a refund before the end of the game / event, either in single or multiple bets.

13.3 In2bet is not responsible and shall not be held liable if the Cash out option is not available for technical reasons. In such cases, the original betting slips will be considered valid and will be settled accordingly.

13.4 In2bet cannot guarantee that the Cash out option will be available for all games, either before the game or for an ongoing game. In such cases, the original betting slips will still be considered valid and will be settled accordingly.

13.5. Accepting a Cash out request may be subject to a small delay also in cases where a purchase is suspended or there is a change in odds, then the redemption option may not be available and your request may not be accepted.

13.6. In2bet reserves the right to modify, defer or cancel the Redemption option at any time for any purchase or game.

13.7. In2bet reserves the right to cancel a Cash out receipt if it has been erroneously settled and there is an obvious error, which includes, but is not limited to, technical error, wrong odds or wrong information. If the settlement value for Cash out is accepted by mistake, the Cash out transaction will be cancelled and the bet will be settled according the new, correctly revised price of in2bet. If there are continuous attempts by players to take advantage of the obvious error by placing bets and requesting a Cash out settlement before any errors are corrected, then the Company will consider the relevant betting slips invalid.

13.8. The bets settled through the Cash out option will NOT be calculated on any bonus claim.
