1. This offer is valid from 02/10/2024 to 09/02/2025.

2. The offer is for players who have not yet made their first deposit.

3. The player makes their first deposit on in2bet (minimum amount of 10€) and receives a 100% bonus, up to 300€. The maximum bonus amount per player is 300€.

4. In order for the bonus to be available for withdrawal, the rollover requirements must be met as follows: (Deposit + Deposit Bonus) x 5. If the relevant deposit exceeds the value of the maximum bonus amount, then the rollover requirements for the deposit apply only to the portion of the deposit corresponding to the bonus amount.

• • Example 1: If a player deposits 50€, they will receive a 50€ bonus (total 100€). The required rollover to be completed will be 500€.
  • Example 2: If a player deposit 350€, they will receive the maximum bonus amount of 300€. The required rollover to be completed in this case will be 3,000€, i.e., five (5) times the bonus received by the player (300€) and the deposit amount corresponding to the bonus value (300€) combined.

5. The player can check at any time the amount remaining to be wagered to meet the bonus rollover requirements through their Wallet after logging into their Account.

• • Example: If a player deposits 10€ and receives a 10€ bonus, their balance will be 20€, and the rollover requirements will be displayed in their Account as 0.00€/100€. If the player places a bet of 2€ at odds of 2.00, then 1€ will be deducted from the deposit amount and 1€ from the bonus. In total, the amount of 2€ will be added to the required amount to meet the rollover requirements once the bet is settled. Therefore, the rollover amount will be adjusted to 2.00€/100€.

6. The bonus is automatically activated in the player’s account immediately after their first deposit. A player who deposits and does not wish to participate in the bonus rollover requirements must contact the Customer Support Department before placing any bets in order to cancel the bonus received. In such a case, the bonus is permanently cancelled and cannot be reactivated in the future.

7. The bonus amount is not deducted from winnings.

• • Example: If a player bets 5€ using the bonus at odds of 2.00 and wins, the withdrawal amount will be 10€.

8. For the calculation of the rollover requirements, only bets with odds of 1.50 or higher are considered valid. For Multiple Bets, at least one selection must have odds of 1.50 or higher. Any bets placed at odds lower than 1.50 will not be counted towards the bonus rollover requirements. Additionally, bets must be settled within the turnover satisfaction period of the offer (see term 10) in order to be considered in the rollover calculation.

9. Only the first bet placed on an event, of any market or combination (Pre-match or Live), will satisfy the rollover requirements. Subsequent bets placed on the same event will not count towards the rollover requirements. If the player places the first bet on an event at odds lower than 1.50, that bet, as well as any subsequent bets, will not count towards the rollover requirements.

• • Example: If a player bets on the match between A.E.K and P.A.O.K at odds of 1.50 in the "Winner" market, it satisfies the rollover requirements and, therefore, the bet is counted towards the required turnover. However, if the player subsequently bets on the same match (in the same or different market), that bet will not count towards the bonus rollover requirements and will not be deducted from the remaining rollover amount.

10. The player has ninety (90) days from the date of bonus activation to meet the rollover requirements. If this period expires, in2bet reserves the right to cancel the bonus.

11. Players can only have one active bonus or offer at any given time. To receive a new bonus, a player must first complete the rollover requirements of the previous offer.

12. In the case of a cancelled or prematurely cashed-out (cash out) bet or a match that has been voided or postponed or for any other reason where there is no result, that bet will not count towards the rollover requirements.

13. We reserve the right to request that our players undergo an account verification process by sending us any relevant documents in order to receive the first deposit bonus. If these documents are not received within ten (10) days, the right to the offer and/or the bonus is forfeited.

14. in2bet reserves the right to limit the offer to a single player and/or a group of players. If any term of the offer is violated or there are indications of a series of bets placed by a player or a group of players that, due to a deposit bonus, enhanced payouts, free bets, or any other promotional offer, lead to guaranteed player profits regardless of the outcome, either individually or as part of a group, in2bet reserves the right to reclaim the bonus from these offers and, at in2bet’s sole discretion, settle bets at correct odds, cancel free bets, or cancel any bets funded in part or in full by the deposit bonus.

15. in2bet reserves the right to modify the terms of the offer with the approval of the National Betting Authority and to notify the player, withdraw the offer at any time, and/or limit its availability to certain players at its discretion. In the event of changes to the terms of the offer or its withdrawal, the terms will remain in effect for players who have already received the offer at the time of acceptance, unless they accept the new terms in case of a change.

16. The General Terms and Conditions of Offers and the general Terms and Conditions of in2bet apply.

The General Terms and Conditions of Offers form an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of the website.

1. All offers are subject to the respective terms and conditions that accompany the offers and are available through the website.

2. All offers are limited to one per person, family, postal address and/or IP address, email address, telephone number, same payment account number (e.g., debit or credit card, Skrill, etc.), and mobile phone, tablet, or computer device shared, for example, in a public library or workplace.

3. If any offer term is violated or there is evidence of a series of bets placed by a player or a group of players (e.g., identical betting patterns on the same event/markets from different player accounts), that due to an offer (bonus, enhanced odds, free bets, or other offer), lead to guaranteed profits for the player, regardless of the outcome, either individually or as part of a group, the Company reserves the right to settle bets at correct odds, cancel free bets, or cancel any bet funded by the offer. Additionally, the Company reserves the right to charge the player up to the value of the offer to cover administrative costs.

4. Players have the option to decline participation in any offer/promotion.

5. The Company reserves the right to cancel the offer or refuse to provide it to a player if the player violates the Company's Terms & Conditions or if the Company perceives that the player is attempting to exploit or abuse the offer. In case of player exclusion from an offer, the player will be immediately notified of their exclusion.

6. The Company reserves the right to cancel the offer at any time, as well as the winnings derived from its use, from an account that is deemed to be abusing the bonus and making conflicting bets to meet the wagering conditions required by the bonus.

7. The Company reserves the right to revoke any offer or all offers from any player or group of players. In such cases, the player will receive immediate and justified notification.

8. The Company reserves the right to limit the offer from a player or group of players. For anyone who has violated or attempted to violate any of the specific terms of the offers or is found to be attempting to exploit the offer to secure guaranteed profits through arbitrage or any other method, we reserve the right to close all involved accounts, cancel the offer on those accounts, and remove any profits derived from it as well as any subsequent bets placed after the credit of the offer.

9. If the Company has reasonable suspicions to believe that a player or group of players is abusing or has attempted to abuse a bonus or any available offers, it reserves the right to:

1. Cancel the bonus/offer received by the player or players as well as any winnings derived from the bonus/offer, and/or

2. Revoke, refuse, or remove a bonus/offer from the player or players, and/or

3. Exclude the player or players from future offers, and/or

4. Proceed with the permanent termination of the player's account with immediate effect.

10. Abuse of bonuses and/or offers includes, but is not limited to, the following:

1. Violation of the Terms and Conditions of bonus programs, free bets, or any other offer.

2. Opening multiple accounts to activate multiple bonuses/free bets or any other offer.

11. The Company reserves the right to modify the terms of the offer upon relevant approval from the National Betting Authority and notification of the player, to withdraw it at any time, and/or to limit its availability to certain customers. In case of a change in the terms of the offer or its withdrawal, the terms will remain in effect for customers who have already received the offer at the time of acceptance unless they accept the new terms in case of a change.

12. The Company offers promotional activities (offers) in good faith to players who use the services for recreational purposes. The Company reserves the right to cancel or remove a player's access to these games if it suspects fraudulent use of this offer and, if necessary, to immediately terminate the account of the player who committed the violation. If the Company closes an account of a player who committed a violation, it will not be liable for compensation for any losses the player may have in any game or for the return of amounts to the player's account. The term "fraudulent use" includes, but is not limited to, the use of software and/or opening multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage in an Offer. In all cases of fraudulent use, the Company reserves the right to withhold all winnings and any remaining balance in the player's account.

13. In the event of a discrepancy between the Greek version of these terms and conditions and a version in another language, the Greek version prevails. The General Terms and Conditions of the website and the specific terms and conditions of the offers apply.
