Accumulator Refund [V. 2.0, 01/2024]

1. This offer is only available to new registrations and existing players of in2bet.com.cy platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").

2. This offer is valid from the 1st of January 2024 until the 31st of December 2024.

3. The Accumulator Refund is only valid for bets placed on www.in2bet.com.cy

4. This offer applies to all events.

5. Accumulator refund offers 100 % refund on stake amount per bet with €30 max amount.

6. The Accumulator Refund will be activated for bets with a minimum of six (6) selections on odds of 1.6 each that lost only by one (1) selection.
Example:

10. If only a minimum of (6) accumulators were selected, and (1) event was canceled or settled as void, then the offer is not valid.

11. The Accumulator refund is applicable to system bets only if there is no bet payout amount. The accumulator refund offer will be applicable to any column/columns that met the offer’s terms and conditions.
Example 1:
Customer bets 16 euros on 7-folds with 8 events on odds of 1.6 each. If 7 out 8 options are winnings that means the bet is a winning (no zero-pay-out amount) and it does not meet the offer’s terms and conditions. But if 6 out of 8 options are winnings that means zero bets pay-out amount and it’s eligible for the offer. That’s because two bet columns include 7 options which six of them are winnings and only one lost. Therefore, the customer is eligible for a refund for these two columns. The total stake amount was 14 euros with 2 euros per column which equals with a refund of 4 euros (2*2=4)

Example 2:
Customer bets on 5-folds with 6 events above 1.6 odds each. In case the 4 options are winnings the bet is not eligible for the offer because there are no 6 events included in any column. In case 5 or 6 events are winnings that means the bet has a pay-out amount and therefore it’s not eligible for the offer.

8. In the event cash out has been utilized, the offer no longer is available.

9. If any events were cancelled/postponed / abandoned or have been settled as void, then the offer will not be valid..

10. In order to withdraw, the player’s account must be fully KYC verified.

1. All offers/bonuses/promotions are available exclusively for Cyprus residents.

2. Only one offers/bonus/promotional scheme can be active at any time.

3. For any offer/bonus/promotion, the Company’s Terms & Conditions apply automatically

4. The Company reserves the right to proceed with account verification (KYC) at any time.

5. Participating customers are deemed to have read, accepted, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions for the entire period of the promotion.

6. The Company reserves the right to remove the offer/bonus/promotion and/or refuse to provide it to a customer if the customer violates the Company's Terms & Conditions or if the Company becomes aware that the customer is attempting to exploit or abuse the provided offer/bonus/promotion.

7. The Company reserves the right to cancel any offer/bonus/promotion at any time and withhold the total amount of the bonus (bonus and winnings resulting from its use) from an account which is considered to be abusing the bonus by placing conflicting bets to meet the rollover requirements of the bonus.

8. All promotions/offers/bonuses are only available to one (1) betting account per person, email address, telephone number, computer, or any devices, or IP address.

9. The company reserves the right to modify the terms of the offer upon relevant approval of the National Betting Authority and to inform the customer, to withdraw it at any time and/or to limit its availability to certain customers at its discretion. In the event of a change in the terms of the offer or its withdrawal, the terms will remain in force for customers who have already received the said offer at the time of its acceptance, unless they accept the new terms in case of change.
